Administrator - Translator

The Administrator – Translator is responsible for providing accurate translation of documents and communications from English to Arabic and vice versa. The role also includes general administrative support such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with office coordination tasks. The position ensures clear communication between departments and supports smooth daily operations.

The Administrator – Translator is responsible for providing high-quality translation services between English and Arabic, as well as supporting general administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate documents, emails, reports, and official correspondence between English and Arabic accurately and professionally
  • Review and proofread translated materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness
  • Support internal communication between departments by providing interpretation when required
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents
  • Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence management
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times 

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong translation and communication skills
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in translation or administrative roles is an advantage
