Legal Manager

·      Provide Legal Guidance: Advise management on compliance, corporate governance, labor law, contracts, and intellectual property.

·      Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements to protect company interests.

·      Compliance and Risk Oversight: Monitor legal and regulatory changes, implement policies, and mitigate risks.

·      Dispute and Litigation Handling: Manage disputes, liaise with external counsel, and oversee litigation processes.

·      Corporate Support: Advise on transactions, maintain records, and safeguard intellectual property.

·      Cross Department Collaboration: Integrate legal considerations across departments.

Requirements

·      This role is reserved for Emirati nationals in accordance with the UAE government’s Emiratization initiative and applicable labor laws.

·      Law degree (JD or equivalent) and licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

·      4-6 years in corporate law, contract management, or compliance

·      Excellent English communication skills

·      Analytical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, communication and ethical standards.

·      Knowledge of legal research tools, contract management software, and compliance systems is beneficial.
