Sr. QA Engineer / QA Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects to ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project quality audits, strong coordination and reporting skills, and a solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead and conduct internal and external project quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management and clients.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and evaluate QA/QC performance across project phases.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably within Oil & Gas project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Certified and registered IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in leading project quality audits.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
