Vendor Inspectors - QC Inspector

• Perform vendor/source inspections at supplier facilities to ensure materials and equipment meet project requirements.
• Conduct inspections across various disciplines such as piping, pressure vessels, tanks, civil works, electrical/instrumentation, GRE/GRP, and cathodic protection.
• Verify compliance with Shell DEP standards and other international codes and specifications.
• Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), material certificates, and quality documentation.
• Witness testing and inspection activities, including welding, NDT, coating, and painting.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry (vendor/source inspection and/or construction).
• Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications in relevant inspection areas (e.g., welding, NDT, coating, painting, etc.).
• Certified in the relevant QA/QC discipline.
• Familiarity with Shell DEP standards and international codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of inspection processes across multiple disciplines (GRE/GRP, piping, pressure vessels, tanks, civil, E&I, cathodic protection, etc.).
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
