Project Manager Technology Delivery

Summary

The Project Management professional is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and monitoring of software 

development and delivery across multiple delivery tracks, including business-as-usual enhancements and complex programs 

involving cross-functional teams and external vendors. Ensures project plans are created and maintained, progress is tracked, 

risks and issues are escalated appropriately, and stakeholders are regularly updated. Maintains up-to-date JIRA tracking and 

project documentation in compliance with policies and procedures. Oversees vendor coordination and Change Advisory Panel 

submissions.

• Plan, schedule, and control the software's development and delivery process, encompassing various delivery tracks: business-as-usual evolutionary developments with key application development teams, as well as larger scale complex programs 
• running through the involvement of various vendors / teams / departments.
• Develop a detailed project plan applying Waterfall methodology, monitor and track progress.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies for the demands using Agile methodology.
• Manage, report, and escalate risks and project related issues.
• Provides continuous status update to all stakeholders.
• Conduct demand prioritization meetings with business and Technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and maintain collaborative and 
• efficient vendor management.
• Ensure that JIRA is in-line with latest status of each delivery.
• Create and maintain project documentation, ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Support audit related activities.
• Responsible for creating tickets for the Change Advisory Panel, collecting information for the ticket, ensuring approvals

Requirements

Education & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field Required

2. Education specialization or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Preferred

3. Proficient in English Required

4. Proficient in Arabic Preferred

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels Required

6. Influencing and negotiation skills Preferred

7. Industry certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) Preferred

Experience & Knowledge (Required, Preferred)

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management Required

2. Experience with Waterfall methodology applied for software delivery Required

3. Experience with Agile methodology applied for software delivery Preferred

4. Experience leading complex Fintech projects Preferred

5. Experience leading digital, ERP, CRM projects Preferred

6. Experience working in consulting Preferred

7. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align corporate related 

strategies with project objectives Required
