Business Analyst / Senior Associate

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and business challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Application Developers, and Data Scientists.
• Support solution design by validating business processes and requirements.
• Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate testing, track defects, and validate delivered functionality.
• Conduct user demonstrations and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare process documentation, user guides, and functional documentation.
• Support business adoption and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, user stories, UAT, and functional documentation.
• Experience working on technology, data, digital transformation, or enterprise platform projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
