We are seeking an experienced Corporate QHSE Manager to lead and manage the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) function for an EPC contracting organization operating in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and QHSE procedures
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and client requirements
Develop and implement QHSE policies, control procedures, and processes
Manage internal and external QHSE audits and close-out actions
Establish and monitor monthly QHSE performance programmes and KPIs
Oversee incident management, investigations, and preventive measures
Manage vendor and subcontractor QHSE performance
Coordinate with authorities and regulatory bodies (including Civil Defence)
Ensure effective environmental control and welfare management
Provide coaching and mentoring to QHSE teams and project management
Oversee welding quality control from a QHSE governance perspective
Support continuous improvement and QHSE culture across the organization
Requirements
NEBOSH certification – mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
Proven experience as Corporate QHSE Manager or similar senior QHSE role within EPC contracting
Strong background in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects
Solid knowledge of IMS, ISO compliance, HSE compliance, and audit management
Experience in incident management and investigations
Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills
