Human Resources Manager

• Lead the full HR function for a 1,500+ employee industrial project, covering HR strategy, operations, staffing, C&B, training, and reporting.
• Drive workforce planning, nationalization, succession, and compliance aligned with business and project objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership, HQ, partners, and authorities on strategic HR matters and operational continuity.
• Lead HR crisis response and ensure workforce readiness, operational excellence, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent, with 15+ years of HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise across the full HR lifecycle, workforce strategy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, international workforces, preferably within multinational or industrial environments.
• Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, execution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments with a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with HQ, partners, senior management, and key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
