Mechanical Construction Supervisor

The role involves supervising and monitoring construction activities performed by the EPC Contractor and subcontractors at the GPP site, ensuring full compliance with HSSE, quality, and technical contractual requirements.

Supervise site construction activities and verify adequacy of manpower and resources.

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor implementation of technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

Coordinate with discipline supervisors to ensure site readiness, including underground utilities (drainage, water supply, etc.).

Conduct inspections, quality checks, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.

Issue Stop Work when identifying unsafe acts or hazardous conditions.

Support commissioning, handover, and start-up activities.

Pomote strong HSE culture, ethical conduct, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

·      Mandatory experience in a similar position: 5+ Years

·      Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any other related field

·      Professional experience: 10 years minimum.

·      In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

·      Advanced troubleshooting skills.

·      Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Language: Arabic as mother tongue and Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Previous experience in similar work environment will be an added advantage.
