We are seeking a Human Capital Senior Associate to contribute to payroll administration, employee records management, HR systems support, and day-to-day people operations activities. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced spreadsheet skills, and experience working within structured HR environments.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation, including employee data verification, allowances, deductions, overtime records, and payroll reconciliations.
Maintain employee information across HR platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Coordinate administrative aspects of recruitment activities, including candidate scheduling, documentation, and hiring records.
Ensure HR processes are carried out in line with applicable UAE employment regulations and internal procedures.
Generate and maintain workforce reports, payroll summaries, trackers, and management information using advanced Excel functions.
Support employee onboarding, exits, and related administrative processes.
Maintain records relating to attendance, leave management, employment documentation, visas, and workforce administration.
Provide first-level support for employee queries related to payroll, HR systems, and operational HR matters.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.

Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Payroll Administration, or a similar function.
Demonstrated experience supporting payroll processes within the UAE.
Working knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR compliance practices.
Experience using HR systems, HRIS platforms, or ERP solutions.
Experience preparing workforce, payroll, or HR analytics reports.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel capability, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of payroll inputs and payroll-related processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with enterprise HR or payroll systems.
