Mechanical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical construction and installation activities on-site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Ensure work complies with technical drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor workforce productivity, materials, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and safety procedures.
• Coordinate inspections and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports and update project management on work status.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical supervision within construction projects.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Tank fabrication, installation, or maintenance experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Saudi Arabia.
