Medical Sales Rep- KSA UAE QAT

Seeking an Arabic-speaking Pharmacist for an indoor Medical Sales Representative role with an international healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident engaging with patients, and have a strong sales-oriented and customer-focused approach. Candidates should be open to relocate to QA, KSA or UAE

Handle inbound patient inquiries by phone, WhatsApp and other channels.

Explain Clinic's treatments and services.

Understand the patient's needs and guide them toward the appropriate service/consultation.

Follow up with potential patients and convert leads into appointments/sales.

Answer questions and handle objections professionally.

Maintain relationships with patients and provide a positive customer experience.

Work toward sales/revenue targets.

Record and follow up on leads

Coordinate internally with doctors, reception and other clinic teams when needed.

Requirements

Pharmacist / Pharmacy degree

Must be a native Arabic speaker

Strong communication and people skills

Sales-oriented personality

Comfortable speaking with patients/customers

Able to explain medical/clinic services clearly

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
