Pipeline Construction Lead

Summary

• Champion HSE compliance in line with CSR guidelines; actively participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT) and promote a strong safety culture to Contractor

• Coordinate with site HSE team to ensure incident reporting & investigation, emergency preparedness, and contractor HSE compliance

• Ensure immediate escalation to CM for environmental non-conformances and chance finds (archaeological, ecological).

• Serve as on-site single point of contact (SPOC) with Community Liaison (CLO) officers; address grievances/issues promptly to prevent escalation and maintain social license to operate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/construction engineering (or equivalent experience)

• 16+ years total construction experience, including 8+ years in pipeline projects with proven field leadership.

• Strong working knowledge of ASME B31.4/B31.8, API 1104, ITPs, WPS/PQR, NDE methods, and hydrotesting.

• Demonstrated track record delivering ROW to reinstatement safely, to quality, and on schedule.

• Hands-on experience with HDD/micro tunneling and complex crossings.
