Planning Engineer / Planning Manager

Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and delivery timelines.
• Track project milestones, resource requirements, and cost performance.
• Review contractor and consultant schedules and progress reports.

Progress & Cost Monitoring

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditure against approved plans.
• Identify schedule and cost deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
• Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and schedule updates.
• Support forecasting and reporting on project timelines and costs.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of relevant planning experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
