Contracts Manager

Contract Management

• Prepare, review, and manage construction, consultant, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with project requirements and agreed commercial terms.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, and compliance.
• Maintain contract records and prepare regular reports.

Variations, Claims & Risk

• Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Stakeholder Coordination & Tendering

• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, project management, and legal teams.
• Support tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of relevant contracts experience, including real estate development projects.
• Experience managing construction contracts and consultant agreements for property developments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a directly related discipline.
• Good understanding of contract administration, variations, claims, and contractual risks.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
