Senior Architect

Design & Technical Review

• Develop and review architectural designs and drawings.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and applicable regulations.
• Assist with design improvements and cost optimization.

Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other design disciplines.
• Work with external consultants and internal project teams.
• Monitor design deliverables and deadlines.

Approvals & Issue Resolution

• Support authority approvals.
• Resolve design issues.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of architectural experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
