Senior Front-End Developer

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications using React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build business workflows, approval journeys, dashboards, complex forms, search, filtering, tables, and data-driven interfaces.
• Modernize existing interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and user experience.
• Convert Figma and UI/UX designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces.
• Build reusable components and contribute to a consistent front-end design system.
• Develop responsive applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile environments.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, authentication mechanisms, and third-party systems.
• Implement validation, error handling, loading states, secure data handling, and user feedback.
• Optimize application performance for enterprise-scale usage, complex workflows, dashboards, and large datasets.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, responsiveness, and front-end quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow clean-code and maintainable development practices.
• Support deployments, UAT, production fixes, release activities, and post-release validation.
• Work closely with business users, backend developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, infrastructure, security, vendors, and support teams.
• Maintain technical documentation for features, integrations, fixes, and releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with both React and Vue.js.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with government, correspondence management, workflow, case management, or other enterprise platforms is an advantage.
