Senior Project Manager (Mega Project)
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale EPC and construction projects valued above AED 1 billion in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector. This role carries full accountability for project performance, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder management. The Senior Project Manager will provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Lead delivery of mega-projects exceeding AED 1 billion in value
- Define and implement project execution strategies and governance
- Manage project budget, contracts, and commercial performance
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and HSE standards
- Manage senior-level stakeholder and client relationships
- Proactively manage project risks and issues
- Report project performance to executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects > AED 1 billion is mandatory.
- Strong background in EPC / large construction projects.
- Oil & Gas or major industrial project experience is mandatory.
- ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and executive communication skills.
