Sr. Sales & Business Development Engineer
• The candidate must have previous or current work experience in Saudi Arabia. • The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly within the power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. • Candidates with an existing transferable Iqama will be given priority.

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
Promote the Company’s services, technologies, aftermarket solutions, and upgrade offerings in line with customer needs.
Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up on opportunities, negotiate prices and terms, secure new orders, and support order renewal.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, visit reports, market updates, and opportunity reviews to management in a timely manner.
Work closely with engineering, project, service, and proposal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and addressed.
Participate in proposal development, including technical and commercial inputs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
Support customers with installed products by coordinating solutions, recommending upgrades, improved materials, spare parts, or service support.
Identify and develop aftermarket opportunities, including field service, spare parts, upgrades, maintenance agreements, and field-managed work.
Report new opportunities observed during customer visits, inspections, outages, or field activities, and recommend competitive technical solutions.
Solicit, record, and evaluate customer feedback to support improved sales and marketing strategies.
Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to management.
Work with management to establish, monitor, and achieve sales targets, quotas, and business development objectives.
Support business development activities in coordination with Business Developers and in-country management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
7 years + of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the oil & gas, utilities, or petrochemical sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial services, engineering solutions, or related technologies.
Proven sales track record and ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Well-established network within the Saudi Arabian industrial sector.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Knowledgeable in the basics of operation/problems of steam generators systems
Knowledgeable in the basics of operation/problems of emissions and environmental systems
Computer knowledge and mastery of common software packages for office work
