Commercial Strategy & Cost Management

• Develop commercial strategies and oversee project budgets and cost control.
• Review project costs, forecasts, and financial commitments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Procurement & Contracts

• Lead procurement, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee contracts, variations, claims, and commercial risks.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead commercial teams and manage external consultants.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, project management, and legal teams.

Reporting

• Report commercial performance and risks to senior management.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of relevant commercial experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
• Proven experience in senior commercial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, Finance, or a directly related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, tendering, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
