Design Engineer / Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering designs.
• Manage design consultants and review their deliverables.
• Review drawings and technical submissions.
• Support design improvements and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.

Coordination & Progress Monitoring

• Coordinate with planning, construction, and project management teams.
• Monitor design progress and deadlines.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
• Experience in design management or multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and design processes.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
