Field Operations Manager
We are seeking a Field Operations Manager who will Lead and manage field operations and production activities, and ensure safe and efficient oil and gas production aligned with targets.
- Lead field operations and oil & gas production, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance against targets.
- Oversee maintenance, inspection, and operational support activities, with responsibility for OPEX/CAPEX and operational planning.
- Drive production, emissions performance, continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company standards.
- Manage large multicultural teams, develop the national workforce, and coordinate partners, contractors, and authorities.
- Lead emergency response and crisis management to maintain operational continuity and safety.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in oil & gas operations.
- Strong expertise in production operations and facility management.
- Solid knowledge of oil & gas processing and field operations.
- Proven experience managing complex operational assets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and business partners.
- Excellent decision-making skills in high-risk environments.
- Experience working in complex industrial and international environments.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
