We are seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator who will ensure the use of the company HSE standards (Company Rules, General Specifications, Guides & Manuals) throughout his activities, for the Lifting, excavation and the Road Transport in particular - Organise Tool Box talks with Contractors, stand downs sessions after incidents.
Coordinate equipment and material transfers within the Ratawi field, Logistics Base, project locations, BOC yards, contractors' yards, and other destinations.
Participate in Road Safety campaigns organized by the Affiliate Road Safety Coordinator.
Assist the Site Lifting Specialist (SLS) with lifting operations, including preparation and coordination with other entities.
Coordinate transportation and lifting resources on site.
Follow up on Life Support contract KPIs and statistics, coordinate interfaces with the Camp Boss, and report to RSES.
Ensure high-quality and hygiene standards for Catering Services.
Follow up on improvement action plans for the Site Catering contract.
Organize spot audits and inspections of the Site Catering contract.
Monitor chemical storage activities from an HSE perspective, including Safety Data Sheet updates and training of forklift operators and truck drivers.
Interface with the Logistics team regarding logistics purchases.
Participate in the watchkeeping team during Full Field Shutdowns, providing day and night support according to the roster.
Coordinate Logistics topics with Drilling, RFM, and Projects entities.
Participate in site surveys at the CPF, wellpads, and project sites.
Report activities and statistics for tasks under his management.
Support GGIP Project Logistics activities, including personnel and equipment transportation and diesel deliveries.
Requirements
3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Languages
Field experience in personnel transportation
Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is a plus
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
